I bought my iRiver at Bug. It a chain of computers and technology related stores that you can find in most malls around Israel.
There is one in the Grand Canyon in Haifa.

I don’t see the X20 on their web site anymore, but they have some other iRiver players as well as the iAudio ones. This is the list of most (if not all) of their current players available on the website and in the stores:

Hi, I did a search to find out where to get a replacement battery for a 20GB ipod in Israel and read your blog (also wondering whether it is worth it or not). So where did you buy the iRiver ? I l live in Haifa and haven’t seen one here anywhere. Are you still happy with it?

Its not called iaudio X7, its called the iaudio i7, or just iaudio 7….
