		<description>Benny, while this is true that Yahoo has their own share of problems, there are more than few great engineers in Israel. If Yahoo won&#039;t snatch them here, Google will.

It&#039;s very hard to be competitive in the valley with all big 3 (GYM - Google/Yahoo/Microsoft) competing for roughly the same work force (there are shifts of power from time to time) plus a bunch of other companies like AOL, FIM, etc.

Israel can be considered a tipping point that might make things look a bit differently both economically and strategically.</description>

		<description>Yahoo does not have the financial strength right to open new development centers. They have enough problems retaining any good engineers at headquarters with all the bloodletting and other nonsense going on.</description>
